Refund and Returns Policy

At KlassyLife, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to feel confident about every purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your order, we offer an easy and transparent return and refund process.

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact, along with a valid purchase receipt or invoice. Please note that items showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing tags are not eligible for return. Products purchased during sale or clearance are also non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon delivery.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@klassylife.com within seven days of receiving your order. Include your order number, reason for return, and images if applicable. Once our support team reviews your request, we’ll share the return instructions and address. If your return is due to a wrong item, manufacturing defect, or damage, we’ll cover the return shipping cost. However, for personal preference returns, such as size or color changes, the customer will bear the shipping charges.

After we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please mention it clearly in your return request. Exchanges are accepted within seven days of delivery and depend on stock availability. In case the requested item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be provided instead.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately with your order number, description of the issue, and photos. We’ll ensure a replacement is shipped at no extra cost, or issue a full refund if the product is unavailable.

Please note that, for hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as undergarments, accessories, personalized items, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
